          Meditate every day, twice a day, deep into your inner peace.

Always put on your appropriate protection. “Don’t leave home without it.”

Think before you speak or act. Ask yourself is this really worth my time and energy.

In other words don’t engage in frivolous arguments and debates.

Ask yourself where am I putting my energy.

Do a mental inventory then adjust your priorities to be in harmony with your Divine Self.

RETREATS

Ouray, CO                 May 11-12-13             Retreat begins Thurs. evening, May 10^th, at 5:30pm with 4^th Initiations at Jerry’s House in Montrose and is followed at 7:00pm with an Open Meditation-Service Class.

Anyone who plans on attending the retreat is welcome to come to the 7pm Open Meditation
& 4th's and up are invited to the 5:30pm Initiations.

Retreat starts Fri., May 11^th, at the Ouray Community Center on 6^th Ave., beginning with registration at 8:30am. The first meditation will be held at 9:00am. Ekam and Kriya Initiations begin at 4pm Fri.

Please let Jerry know who will be needing initiations. The retreat ends Sunday at 2pm.

Donation for this retreat is $100.00.

Emporia, KS               June 16-17             There will be an open meditation on Friday June 15th at 7pm and initiations will be scheduled for Thursday June 14th at 6pm.
Retreat will begin Saturday June 16th with registration at 8:30am and a meditation at 9am. Retreat will finish at 3pm. There will be Yogi Tea and wonderful Pot Luck Lunches both days (bring food and snacks to share).
